Virtuoso Internship Program

Our work experience for ambitious students

Introducing the Virtuoso Program

We’re a business that spends a decent chunk of time delivering Bootcamps to students. So, when it came to looking for smart talent to help us grow our business, we realised the answer was staring us in the face.

Our Virtuoso Program invites Business and Marketing students from across the globe to experience a deep-dive into our business. From digital content creation to developing paid ad campaigns, researching new business development opportunities, helping launch new products, our Virtuosos get a digital education on steroids that gives them a powerful set of skills for their future careers.

Throughout the placement, Virtuosos also have 1:1 mentorship from our ex-Google founder.

Fast-paced. Practical. Refreshingly relevant.

Our focus is helping our Virtuosos land top jobs after their time with us, either in Exactimo or elsewhere.

We love to see our Virtuosos thrive, and we give them the support they need to access industry contacts, prepare for high-pressure interviews, nail their applications and discover career paths they didn’t even know existed.

Example Virtuoso Projects

The main benefit of being a Virtuoso is being given responsibilities that are way above anything you'd be given at a big company. The learning curve is huge.

“The Virtuoso programme helped me develop skills in content marketing and data analytics that will be incredibly valuable to my future career. I particularly enjoyed the opportunity that the internship gave me to research and create content on up-and-coming startups, alongside trending topics in the industry, such as generative AI and ChatGPT.”

Over the course of my Virtuoso internship, I was exposed to a number of tasks that struck the perfect balance between being engaging and stretching. Frederic was a great manager who was able to give fast and detailed responses to any questions I had and he also provided me with tailored and well-structured feedback at the end of my internship which I have already been able to apply.

Carys

I have gained and improved so many skills by researching, designing and posting content across social media. I am so pleased with my progress and how I have enhanced my digital, analytical and communication skills through the continual implementation of feedback from Exactimo. I will definitely take all the experience and everything I have learned into my future work - thank you!”

As a Virtuoso, I led the development of a new career guide, Getting into Chief of Staff, designed to help ambitious graduates break into one of tech’s fastest-growing roles. I also collaborated with the Frederic on content strategy, structured the guide using proven formats, and integrated unique insights to boost search visibility and user value. Along the way, I honed skills in outreach, synthesis, and content marketing, experiences that will map directly to roles in digital consulting, brand strategy, and product management.

Christopher

I’m delighted with the progress I’ve made, honing my digital, analytical, and research skills. This experience provided me with a robust skill set for my future ventures in digital marketing. I highly recommend the Virtuoso programme to anyone seeking hands-on experience and wanting to contribute meaningfully to the digital landscape. Thank you for this great opportunity.”

Sara

I really enjoyed working as a Virtuoso and learned so much about the Digital Tech Industry. One area that I particularly enjoyed was learning about Linkedin posts and marketing, and utilising the analytics.
